i wish to report a faulty car. i THINK when they manufactured the freakin' car they forgot to put the lever that's supposed to be behind the right side of the steering wheel. BECAUSE that is the only reason i can think of that explains why the loser did not turn on his headlights and did not signal before ANY turn. he cut into my lane and couldn't give a damn. this kind of losers should not be allowed on any of the roads.
