people's intentions are difficult to read. sometimes the more obvious and frank people are the more they seem to have more that they are not telling you. speaking from personal experience.

anyway i personally believe my days on site are numbered. i strongly believe i won't be going on site much...and i haven't been on site much either. it's sucky but there's pretty much nothing i can do. even if anyone were to be promoted to white helmet, it'll be KH...and i doubt i will be, even if i am, i won't get much chance to use the white helmet. so there's not much point. let's not waste the company's money.

i'm tired. it's flat out discrimination and i'm not really that driven enough to fight for more. it's not what i REALLY want to do in the future, that makes all the difference doesn't it? someone tell me how...
