it took me 1.5 hours to learn a 1.5 minute solo. and all the time i couldn't put my guitar down..darn clapton is FANTASTIC. need i say more. it's not easy to earn a standing ovation. if i were there at that concert i would stand on my chair at the very least. that edition of that song has literally moved me to tears. come on man...who plays like that these days? he moves up and down that fretboard like there's no friction at all...

i was trying to play along with the dvd to see how much of the song i could keep up with...initially it was fine...but the moment he kicked it up, all i could do was stand there in awe. seriously. argh, if i can even reach like 2% of his standard, i would be so happy i'd fly to the moon.

and when you soul flows with the music...you know it's somewhere special for sure

ok work today jia lat, work piled up from my last 2 days of mc. but at least i feel kinda refreshed. looks like uncle M isn't coming back for at least another week. oh well...i don't know what i can say and doesn't look like me saying anything will help anyway. just "walk one step, see one step" lah. sigh...
