yes i'm so dreadfully tired. since the first day school started this sem i really do wonder if i have overloaded myself.
i had the weirdest nightmare last night. i was in a chalet, with a couple of friends...and suddenly the picture shifted to this carpark where a certain someone (ask me who and maybe i'll tell you) took out 2 syringes from his/her/its car one big diameter, one small diameter...the smaller one had a needle at the end of it. and then the person demanded that i calculate the viscosity and flow rate of the water in the syringes. but i couldn't think of any solution on the spot, so he/she/it started squirting water (or some liquid) out of both syringes at me. i started running but the water (or some liquid) kept hitting me.
just then i woke up and broke out in cold sweat and was shivering. i don't know what scared me, but just thought i'd note this down because (1) it's rare that i remember a dream/nightmare so vividly, (2) it's a weird dream/nightmare...so weird it freaks me out.
ok anyways...today's physics elect lecture was slightly better. i could understand how to get the energy of a wave, but i won't be too sure if i can calculate it from scratch. maybe i should try it over the weekend.
we had a uni exchange prog today, jacW came to ntu in the morning and in the afternoon i went to smu with her. how interesting...great to see how each other's studying environment is like. both places have their perks i believe...but i'm still quite happy with where i'm studying in and what i'm studying.
in the evening i went to PS with elaine, SQ and ZM to eat at the fishy place there. fish and chips was very nice...better than if not comparable to the other fishy place across the street. then we walked around and went to the arcade to game. played daytona and TC2. wah yeah. nice slackin' and destressin' time. then i fetched ZM home and realised how close he stays to 'ron. interesting how small the world is.
so that was how i spent my day.
ok lah...i'm quite sleepy. supposed to be reading reaction kinetics. but no way. so tired.

Beneath the noise, below the din,
I hear your voice, it's whispering,
in science and in medicine,
I was a stranger, you took me in...
