Update: Record broken - i just got the biggest electric shock in the history of my existence. went to switch on the kitchen light to make myself a nice bowl of instant noodles and zap. i think my heart kinda stopped instantaneously. it wasn't the usual kind of painful...some new sensation i've never felt before. who knows, maybe my IQ just doubled. heh.

top 5 reasons why i was not at maroon 5 concert.
5. no one free to go with me.
4. i'm not supposed to be free.
3. i wanna buy new guitar.
2. after watching the dvd, think their stage presence is not worth my money. (woah, me dissing them? -- i damn pro huh...)
1. i want to go see elton john -- it's an either or kinda thing...sort of.


no no, don't get me wrong, i think maroon 5 makes GREAT music. their melodies are special, kinda like switchfoot's. but if you look at their band's stage presence (as compared to switchfoot) i guess it will be quite disappointing. as for people who say/think adam levine is cute or whatever, sorry that's the least of my concerns because most of the time i would be trying to look at their gear or trying to learn and observe how they up their band's stage presence and build the spirit of the show etc.

oh well, next concert coming up, should be elton john...unless anyone wants to go with me to see mr david tao.
