i'm (VERY) BEHIND TIME. and you know what? it's a BAD TIME to be BEHIND TIME...cos there's simply NO TIME. sigh...why why why must i choose to slip and fall at the crucial point once again. just when i thought under-performance is a thing of the past. i haven't yet evolved into a full-time mugger, yet i can't maintain or doubt i will be able to maintain a standard. grrs. there have been many close shaves i tell you...no one has any idea how lucky i've actually been.
anyways, i'm SUPPOSED to check out the price of and book a chalet which i still haven't done. why? cos i've not been focused on what i'm supposed to do. sometimes i can't help but to idle my life away. low-stress/no-stress but ultimately no one gets away from it...rite? wonder when LH will be calling me to 'remind' me. in case she's reading this, NO i HAVEN'T forgotten. just LAZY. so come whack me yes?
went to pump petrol myself last friday. cos it was quite late and everything, there were no pump attendants, so i did the work myself. went down, tap the speedpass then took the nozzle and put it into the slot and pressed the trigger, pulled down the switch and waited. first time i smelt petrol smell so strong. gosh...i must admit usually i like the smell of petrol -- when i go to the petrol station, i can smell the petrol and i like it (say i'm nuts but yeah...) but that day when i smelt it, it was so strong i actually kind felt high. hehe...but must have been really bad for health. wonder how many of my brain cells i've killed. and wonder how those pump attendants stand it.
oh and need i say B12 (my tutorial group) RAWKZ. supper on friday was great...swensens at crown prince. wah yeah attendance was great (compared to last weeks ah-dam road makan fest). darren), JD, El, XH, JY, CQ and some other people i'm failing to remember now...think we really made a scene at the restaurant. but whatever rite? haha...must go for more food next week...at city hall probably. hope we stay as a tutorial group once again next sem. these guys are real fun.
i've always believed that when one day i reach this ultimate-pro state in guitar i'll be able to feel high on top of the world. like when i see people like carlos santana or eric clapton play, they are so totally into their music and in their own world. their fingers move across the fretboard like it's nothing...like they don't have to think of what they're about to do next they just feel it. it's amazing...it's really true that mastering every instrument comes with practice, no matter how easy they make it look. after picking up the guitar, i totally believe it...so everytime D.Chai says practice, i know he means it...but not 5 hours a day like him...though i so wish i could afford the time. sighs.
i really mean it when i say i'm behind time. never been so behind time before. esp at such a crucial juncture. *sweats in panic* oh wells. it'll be over and done with, just like everything else i guess...

Beneath the noise, below the din,
I hear your voice, it's whispering,
in science and in medicine,
I was a stranger, you took me in...
