see that countdown over there? it's not a countdown to my birthday, it's a countdown to my impending doom lah! i have like 2 weeks till my first paper? and i'm here nua-ing and watching tv. darn, i wonder why the lack of motivation this sem. whether it's because i've given myself too many difficult modules and hence demoralised myself, or just simply because i've over-exerted myself last sem. either way, it's not important now. i need to think of what stunt i can pull in order to get through the exams...and prefably, not barely making it through.

we'll see how. even if it means giving up my birthday. what the heck. i can look forward to the better things in life at the end of the lousy exams like the world cup and hopefully a cruise trip. i suppose that's way better than celebrating my birthday when no one has the mood to. it's just not right.
