there are several ways to do the very same thing. like for maths, we can do a question the hard way, or by sheer brute force. then again, who am i to comment about doing maths. seesh.

anyways, i was having thoughts that were totally out of context during tutorials today. ok, so maybe not totally out of context but the mind does weird things. our maths tutor was on sick leave today, so we had a substitute. she's really great, cos she taught us in so much detail and explained so much stuff which we were denied from learning the last tutorial. but halfway through class, while she was going through complex numbers/polar, she was saying "euler's formula" but she prounounced it as "oil-er's formula"...which brought strange thoughts to my mind...

if you were a scientist/mathematician and had a complicated name, like "euler", i wouldn't name a formula/ law/ theory after myself...cos everyone would be using the formula and a lot would probably pronounce the name wrong. hehe. but then again...the term "famous scientist/mathematician" does not come anywhere within my scope somehow eh?

ok, i'm off to watch tv...haha nothing better to do. looking forward to tomorrow. *whistle whistle*

Beneath the noise, below the din,
I hear your voice, it's whispering,
in science and in medicine,
I was a stranger, you took me in...
