-XW and I at yesterday's freshman welcome ceremony!








i'm blogging on my laptop. trying to get used to it. may need to get work done on this new toy sooner or later, so i had better.

today's school was bad. i was all zoned out after 4 hours of continuous lectures. well, i had to admit i fell asleep for a infinitely small lapses of time here and there during the life sciences lecture. i simply couldn't help it, the lecturer was pretty boring. ok, not the lecturer, but the topic was a dry one. you know, the thing about classification of organisms into families, genus, species and what-have-you. but it was one great consolation that the exam at the end of the year would be a multiple choice paper which lasts 2 hours (why do i see myself shading the bubbles till i get a major headache).

my student cancelled tuition today at the last minute...i went to his house and his mother said that he had too much homework today and wanted to push the session to tomorrow. oh well, me, being me, agreed...so tuition is gonna be tomorrow instead. i headed to TP and realised that ya kun has opened! yummy! too bad i wasn't in the mood to have food, so i should be going again tomorrow for breakfast.

anyways, i'm actually very happy now...cos of a phonecall. long time since i heard from a concerned-someone...who actually bothered to call me instead of the other way around. erm never mind if you don't know what i'm yakking about, just know i'm happy. and let's just hope i stay this way long enough. just wished i wasn't in that much of a state of luan-ness/nervousness that i didn't know what i was saying and asking. i got some of my doubts cleared and was told to be careful and not fall ill, it's that obvious eh? hmm think it's cos i've been feeling sick lately that's why i've been feeling lousy. hmm but i feel better now i guess...*grinz*

jammed a bit after dinner...and it does help having the volume up. the only thing is i wonder how many people in my neighbourhood are gonna complain about noise polution soon. starting to like jamming, just playing random stuff improvised from my scales and a couple of licks and rifts from the text. i feel bad about disappointing D.Chai yesterday, so i must practice harder...just gonna keep fiddling around with the guitar i guess, that's how i picked up some very cool stuff anyway.
